I installed 30 year warranty composite roof shingles with a section of Bri Torch-on due to a flat section of our roof.Just recently I was told by a big company solar roof installer that I needed to replace my roof in order for them to move forward with the project. This came as a surprise to both my husband and I because the big company's inspector said that our roof was in great condition. So, I decided to call Monterey Bay Roofing to see what could be done.
